Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving. It invites individuals to celebrate the holiday season by giving back and creating change in their communities. The date of Giving Tuesday is on Tuesday, Dec 1st, 2020, and is purposefully after Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
W.P. Puppet Theatre’s Giving Tuesday Fundraiser is raising funds to subsidize registrations for the VIEW for the Holidays therapeutic art workshops.
VIEW for the Holidays is an award-winning program that promotes awareness and discussion about mental health and wellness. This is especially important during these times of isolation and throughout the holidays.

As a not-for-profit organization, we have made the course as affordable as we can. But, individuals who would like to take the course may not be able to afford the entire cost. Therefore, through the funds raised, you will enable someone to participate in this award-winning program.

A donation of $232 covers one person’s full registration. A donation of $32 covers one person’s supplies (including paint, brushes, ephemera, and the mask template). However, any amount you can give is appreciated. And, you can receive a charity receipt from your donation. You will also be able to directly see your contribution make a difference in someone’s life. We are going to be sharing updates of the participants and their creations on our website and through our social media.

Should VIEW for the Holidays be cancelled for any reason (low registration etc), donations will be applied to the VIEW courses that will be delivered in Spring 2021.
