Grass Seed Puppets

Grass Seed Puppets! Grow a puppet with grass seed hair. Be patient! It took over 2 weeks before it started to sprout. Grass needs sunlight and water to grow so mist your puppet’s head with water to keep the seeds moist and stand the puppet in a sunny window. Once the grass begins to grow you can give your puppet a haircut!

This puppet is inspired by The Earth Book by Todd Parr.  We all need to do our part to keep the earth clean and healthy. After listening to the read aloud, brainstorm other ways to help the earth and share those tips with your family.
