Learn from Jovanka Rivi from Reggio Emilia!
The Reggio Emilia Approach is an educational philosophy based on the image of the child, and of human beings, as possessing strong potentials for development and as a subject of rights who learns and grows in the relationships with others. Jovanka Rivi has been a Pedagogical coordinator member of the pedagogical coordinating team of the Istituzione Scuole e Nidi d’Infanzia del Comune di Reggio Emilia (Municipality of Reggio Emilia) since 2004.

Jovanka will be presenting two talks at our Puppet Power Conference!  On Friday, June 1, the conference will commence with a buffet dinner and talk by Jovanka Rivi:

Jovanka will also be presenting the talk, Expressive Languages in Reggio Emilia Infant, Toddler Centres & Preschools, on Saturday, June 2. Both talks are co-presented by the Calgary Reggio Network Association and will be translated by Anna Marinzi.
