A Self-Portrait Puppet Workshop

We invite you to explore your creativity through the extraordinary art of puppetry!

VIEW is an award-winning program that invites you to build community, make connections, and discover the artist within. This workshop is an 8-week course in which participants make a self-portrait based puppet, resulting in an amazing legacy project!

We are delivering the program online via Zoom, allowing for anyone across the continent to register! Assistance with Zoom and resources for how to use the software can be provided.

There are 3 course streams available to choose from:

Course A is Monday nights February 22 – April 12, 2021

Course B is Tuesday nights February 23 – April 13, 2021

Course C is Wednesday nights February 24 – April 14, 2021

The cost for this course is regulary $232, but these upcoming sessions are partially funded by The Government of Canada, making the cost only $30 per person (plus GST and ticketing fee). Additionally, as we want to encourage connection and safe socialization, if you sign up with a friend it is discounted to $50 for two (plus GST and ticketing fee). The course fee includes the basic materials that will be mailed out in advance.

Please note that this program is for individuals age 17+  and no artistic experience is necessary prior to taking this course- any skill level is welcome. Our facilitators will walk you through everything you need to know!
